I. Overview:
This instrument is used to test the high-temperature expansion performance of solid inorganic materials and metal materials, especially corundum, refractory materials, shells and core materials for precision casting, ceramics, ceramic raw materials, porcelain clay, glazes, glass, graphite, carbon And other properties of inorganic materials, metal products, to provide necessary testing methods for scientific research and teaching. This instrument can complete the sample linear variables, linear expansion coefficient, bulk expansion coefficient, rapid thermal expansion, softening temperature, sintering kinetics research, glass transition temperature, phase transition, density change, sintering rate control (RCS) and their changes curve. It can also protect the sample according to the user's requirements. It can be evacuated to a vacuum of 0.1MPa.

1. Maximum furnace temperature: 1200 ℃, 1400 ℃, 1700 ℃.

8. Thermal expansion coefficient resolution: 0.001 × 10 -6 / ℃, system measurement error: ± 0.1%.

9. Sample range (2-15) × (2-15) × (20-150) mm, square / round can be used.
10. Imported linear bearing transmission is used to achieve frictionless transmission of expansion value, and the transmission accuracy and repeatability are excellent.
