I. Overview:
It adopts the internationally popular heat flow meter to detect the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, and it is equipped with a computer to realize automatic detection and generate an experimental report. The instrument uses a stable hot surface temperature on one side of the sample, and the heat is transferred to the cold surface through the sample. The transferred heat flux is measured to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. Adopt imported sensors and computer technology, good measurement accuracy, high reliability and good repeatability. Especially suitable for low thermal conductivity measurement (accurate to 0.1mw). It can be used for testing of plastics, rubber, aerogel boards, vacuum glass, insulation materials, etc. It is widely used in colleges, scientific research institutes, quality inspection, factories and mines. Reference standards: GB / T10295-2008 (Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of heat-insulating materials by heat flow meter method) and ASTM C518-04 Test method for determining steady-state heat flux and heat transfer characteristics by heat flow meter method.

1. Thermal conductivity range and accuracy: 0.0001 ~ 3W / mk, measurable to 0.1mw / mk.

6, hot surface temperature and control: room temperature -199.9 ℃ (standard configuration), room temperature-499.9 ℃, higher temperatures can be determined according to user requirements. Flat heater, bidirectional thyristor control, temperature control accuracy 0.1 ℃.
7, cold surface temperature and control: 0-99.9 ℃ (standard configuration), -10-99.9 ℃, lower temperature can be determined according to user requirements. The cold surface adopts water cooling to ensure the stable temperature of the cold surface (precision constant temperature water tank, temperature adjustable), and the temperature control accuracy is 0.1 ℃.
8. The sample is accurately pressurized and clamped by computer, with a pressure range of 0-1000N and a resolution of 0.1N.
9. Automatic measurement of sample thickness, 0-50mm, resolution 1um.
10. The imported heat flow meter is used for stable and reliable performance.
11. The whole process uses a computer to automatically test and store and print experimental data.
